Sunrider International Headquarters Torrance, California The Sunrider International Headquarters consists of a four story office wing, a dramatic three story entry lobby with an adjacent main auditorium space, and a distribution center. The office building is about 90,000 square feet of steel framed space. The distribution center is about 80,000 square feet of steel framed space. The ground level of the distribution center utilizes a reinforced concrete flat slab to frame over the subterranean parking facilities. The distribution center consists of a high bay space for main storage, receiving and shipping functions, and a two story mezzanine space for storage and related office functions. The footprint for the one-level parking facility lies beneath the entire distribution center and half of the L- shaped office wing.
