Pavilion Park

Jakarta, Indonesia

The Pavilion Park project is a multi-phase high-end residential development consisting of six residential towers, a facility building, a club house structure, retail space at the podium level, a supermarket at the first level basement and two levels of subterranean parking. Total gross area of construction is approximately 200,000 square meters. Each tower is 25 story tall and houses approximately 135 units.   Unit mix ranges from one to four bedrooms with a full floor penthouse at the top level.

The structural system for the project is reinforced concrete two way flat slabs for the typical residential levels, beams and slabs for the podium deck and two-way flat slabs for the parking levels. Reinforced concrete perimeter ductile moment frames are utilized as the lateral system for the Towers.  Precast prestressed concrete driven piles with pile caps and grade beams were selected as the foundation system for the project.
