The Lladro retail development is located in the exclusive shopping
area of Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive. The development consists of two retail locations,
one for the Lladro retail and one for a retail tenant, Hugo Boss.
The structural system consists of structural steel framing to clear span across the retail
store, and reinforced masonry walls between the stores. The ground floor utilizes a
reinforced concrete beam slab system over a single basement parking level. The foundation
system is spread footings.
