Hayam Wuruk Plaza V Apartments

The Hayam Wuruk Plaza Apartments are part of a multi-phase mixed-use development consisting of a retail center, two office towers, two residential towers, an entertainment center, and a parking structure.

The building program for the Hayam Wuruk Plaza Apartments consists of two towers, 20 and 24 stories in height, with a combined total of more than 300 residential units. Unit mix ranges from one to four bedrooms. Although the two towers share a common central plant, a tennis court and a landscaped central garden, recreation amenities such as swimming pools, spa and health clubs are separated and provided on the rooftop of each tower for the exclusive use of the tenants in the building.

A colonnade and cornice at the rooftop shelters the recreation deck, providing a common vocabulary for the two towers and distinguishing the proposed development from others in the greater metropolis of Jakarta.
