The Harbor View Sheraton Hotel consists of a 10 story hotel and an adjoining two story low-rise structure housing support facilities. The project also includes two levels of below grade parking and an outdoor swimming pool and sun deck located on the second level.

A reinforced concrete two-way flat plate/beam system is utilized for framing both the hotel tower and the majority of the low-rise structure. In line with architectural planning considerations, the lateral load resisting system for earthquake induced loading is provided by reinforced concrete ductile moment resisting space frames.
