The Homart Development Company was selected by the Glendale
Redevelopment Agency to develop a major mixed-use project in downtown Glendale,
California. The scope of the project includes 2.5 million square feet (230,000 sq.
meters) of office, commercial and parking spaces. The project consists of two
high-rise office buildings connected by a five story low-rise structure, which is
designated for retail, dining and parking use.
