This facility is linked directly to the existing basketball arena and includes a large 120 x 250 feet activity space for basketball practice, a smaller activity space, a dance/aerobics area, a weight training area, several classrooms and several athletic diagnostic/training rooms.

The structural system consists of metal deck with a semi-light concrete slab supported on steel beams.  Long span steel joists span the activity space. The lateral load resisting system consists of specially detailed moment resisting steel frames for the majority of the structures, and braced frames for the activity space. The foundation system consists of augered friction piles.
