This arts and athletics complex on Brentwood School's West Campus also provides covered parking and a sheltered and controlled drop-off/pick-up area for students.

The superstructure is steel framed with a lattice structure framing the roof.  The plaza level is framed in reinforced concrete utilizing a one-way beam-slab system, is supported on shotcrete walls, and is founded on spread footings.
