The four story commercial office building is located in a prime area, and houses primarily an insurance company. The street side of the building terraces away from the street, providing exterior patios for tenants, and accenting the glass block rotunda. The facade is composed of white architectural precast concrete panels. The lobby and the three levels of below grade parking are accessed through a driveway below the back of the building.

The structural system consists of long span steel framing for column free lease area. The ground floor framing is reinforced concrete, and the basement levels utilize a flat slab system to minimize excavation depth. The foundations consist of spread footings.
